Digits in cages do not repeat.
Each cage is either full of "oil" (even digits), full of "water" (odd digits), or a mix of both. In all cases, each "row" within a cage is of just one type (oil or water). Oil floats on water, so even digits will always be in rows above odd digits in mixed cages.

Really interesting rule! I didn't expect how much you could get from the oil and water rule, especially when mixed with anti-knight, but that was pretty challenging all the way to the end!

this was nearly a perfect 2. not too difficult, but not so obvious that you can just blast through it. makes me want to play the full series.
