Normal sudoku rules apply.
Adjacent digits along the green line must differ by at least 5.
Digits in cages do not repeat and must sum to the small clue, if given.
Each cage is either full of "oil" (even digits), full of "water" (odd digits), or a mix of both. In all cases, each "row" within a cage is of just one type (oil or water). Oil floats on water, so even digits will always be in rows above odd digits in mixed cages.

Really enjoyed this, but I would even call it 4* based on the difficulty. Especially keeping track between the whisper clues and oil clues on individual cells made it difficult to see what's going on.
Anyway, very rewarding and glad I stuck with it.

Really cool puzzle! There were definitely a couple of somewhat tricky places throughout the solve, but once I spotted what I missed it all seemed very fair. There were also some pretty neat interactions between the whispers and oil/water constraint.

Wow very nice. My first ever oil-water puzzle, so it took a while to train my brain to handle to this rule set, but it was very enjoyable ”while”. Highly recommend to try this puzzle. Thanks
