Rules
Standard Sudoku rules apply.
The digits in a cage sum to the number in the upper corner of the cage.
Along the blue region sum line, box boundaries divide the line into segments whose digits all share the same sum.
Diamond marked cells anywhere in the grid have two properties:
In addition, the grid is populated with a number of "Exploding Pentominoes." Similar to renban lines, these each represent a sequential set of five different digits, one per box in the cells corresponding to the shape of the pentomino.
Illustration of Exploding Pentominoes
The five cells of the set defined by each exploding pentomino occupy the same position in each 3x3 box.
Solving the Puzzle
All steps can be made by deduction. No guessing or brute force is required. Most of the individual steps are not overly hard, but some careful analysis of possibilities is required. Good luck!
