Apply classic sudoku rules.
No Touch: Equal digits don't touch each other diagonally.
Full Rank: In the solved grid, there are 4×9=36 9-digit numbers read from outside. A clue gives the position of the 9-digit number, 1 for smallest and 36 for largest.
Diagonal: On both marked diagonals, each digit must appear exactly once.
