I stumbled onto this puzzle while messing around with antikropki constraints.

Rules:

Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each into every row, column, and box.

Dutch Whispers: 2 digits connected by an orange line must differ by at least 4.

Antikropki: If 2 digits are orthogonally connected, one cannot be double the other.
