Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Renban Lines: Digits along a purple line form a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green line must differ by at least 5.
Black Dots: If two digits are separated by a black dot, one is double the other. Not all possible black dots are given.

I very much agree with baku. Very elegant setting, this is a testament to why hand-crafted puzzles are so wonderful!

Lovely break-in.
Kind of requires the sort of thinking that sets two-stars apart from one-star, but not that hard.
So I would certainly encourage people to try it if they feel confident with one-star puzzles and intimidated by two-star puzzles.
