Rules
Place 9 non-overlapping 3x3 boxes in the grid. Place the digits 1-9 in each box. Digits may not repeat in a box, row, or column.
Draw a vertical or horizontal line through each circle. The lines may not overlap, and there must be exactly one circle on each line. The digit in the circle is the length of the line going through that circle (a line of length 1 covers 1 cell, length 2 covers 2 cells, etc). None of the digits 1-9 will appear in circles the same number of times.
Adjacent cells marked with a white dot have consequtive digits. Adjacent cells marked with a black dot indicate one digit is double the other digit. Not all possible dots are given.

Very enjoyable puzzle. I think it is 3* difficulty. You can draw all but one region in the first minute, and after doing some arithmetic can start solving. After reading the hidden comments I understand that missing certain pieces could make this incredibly challenging.

It is ridiculous that this puzzle has just two recorded solves I mis-solved it and thought it was a very good puzzle. If you catch what is going on here it will take your breath away.

This is an excellent puzzle with an interesting combination of rules and deserves way more solves than it has.
