Wandering Arrows

There were a lot of fun surprises here while I was setting this puzzle, so I hope it will be just as fun to solve! All feedback is welcome.
Rules:
Rules:
- Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's bulb.
- German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green German Whispers line must differ by at least 5.

Cool interactions in the first 6 rows :P! It was a bit harder to get through the last 3 tho.
