Global Entropy: Every 2x2 box must include at least one low, medium, and high digit (123, 456, 789).

Between Lines: The digit on the line between two circles must be less than the higher circle and greater than the lower circle.

All between line clues are three cells. Blue circles go with horizontal blue lines. Gold circles go with vertical gold lines. Some circles are blue and gold, and some circles belong to more than one clue.
