Rules:

  • Normal Sudoku rules apply

  • Sum Dots:
    • Digits on cells touching a Sum Dot sum to the value of that Sum Dot.
    • In this puzzle, the values of the Sum Dots must be deduced by the solver.
    • In this puzzle, if any Sum Dot has a value of N, then exactly N Sum Dots have a value of N.
    • Digits on a Sum Dot may repeat if allowed by other rules.

Yeah, when I first looked at the puzzle for some reason I thought the sum dot between R7C23 and R8C23 meant R7C3 + R8C2 = R7C2 + R8C3. But it's just the sum of the 4 digits of course.

Looks interesting. Do the dots that are 'between' 4 cells count only once or twice?

Looks impenetrable on the outset, but ends up only 3 difficulty for me.
