White dots join cells with consecutive values; black dots join cells whose values are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.

Great puzzle, with a tough break in, at least for me - so probably 3.5* for me.
But once I looked at the (to me) less obvious triangles it went pretty smoothly.
