Thank you for the encouraging comments on my first puzzle! Here comes the second.
Solve with SudokuPad
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide the blue lines into segments with the same sum. (Different lines may have different sums.)
German Whispers: Adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
Renban: Digits along a magenta line form a set of consecutive non-repeating digits in any order.
X: Digits in cells joined by an X sum to 10. Not all Xs are necessarily given.
Solution code: Row 8

Very interesting and elegant solve path from start to finish. Thanks!

I think I'm going to develop schizophrenia trying to solve this one. Half an hour on it so far and not a single digit, not even with VitP's hint

it should be immediately obvious that this is NOT level 1, and may even be an "experts only" puzzle ... except ...
there is ONE step (and related matters) right at the beginning that is KIND OF an "experts only" step, and then it's "almost gas" all the way to the end.
... but VERY NICE, because it's not just "fill in the digits", it's deduction and sudoku based.
example: that diagonal gw line. completely useless, right? except that at some point you have 9876 looking at one of the cells, and that sort of thing, again and again.
hint: so you have a couple of HIGH rsl cells. can you propagate them ? indeed you can. but what about those OTHER high rsl cells ? box 4 is the key

Really nice puzzle! I thought it would collapse easily but it had nice ideas.

A nicely designed setting with a fun flow throughout, but there’s no way I’d put this at anywhere near 1 star category (lul).
