On an orange Dutch Whisper line adjacent digits must differ by at least 4
The two digits separated by a blue dot are 2 and 6 in some order (not all dots are necessarily given).

I quite enjoyed it. Relatively straightforward, with the given digits and structure of the lines, but not a cakewalk. Fun deductions in a number of places thanks to the line design. I often have trouble with dutch whisper puzzles finding where to start on a line, and getting stuck as a result, but had no such issues here. There was always a place to move to make a different deduction. Nice sudoku layered throughout to connect the lines.
