German style indexing

Normal sudoku rules apply [Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box]
German whisper rules apply [Adjacent digits on a green German whisper line must differ by at least 5]
Cells highlighted in red are column indexers. A red cell in column C shows the column position of digit C in that same row. For example. If R4C4 = 9, then R4C9 = 4.
