TMNT brings back memories of the cartoon. Great puzzle and ruleset for each turtle.
@CarnacTheMagnificent Thanks for your support. It means a lot. Your name also brings back memories. 8-) The answer is forty three. Now, let's open the sealed envelope and read the question. "How many consecutive times was the maximum number Sheldon Cooper kicked a hacky sack before it hit the floor?" 8-)

I think when you said "parity line" you meant "polarity line"
@JVA I accept your suggestion that 'polarity' is a more descriptive term than 'parity'. Oftentimes, highs and lows are seen as binary opposites, often being the difference in solving a sudoku. One of the definitions of parity is:
#4 (Physics)
A. a property of a wave function, expressed as +1 or −1 and noting the relation of the given function to the function formed when each variable is replaced by its negative, +1 indicating that the functions are identical and −1 that the second function is the negative of the first.
Sounds a lot like high/low/high/low to me. Sorry if it's not exact. Peace to you. 8-) -Will Power
Something that is WAY more important to me is whether or not you enjoyed the puzzle. I'm not sure if you have ever commented that you enjoyed solving my puzzles. Thanks -Will Power
