There are 4 doubler cells, one in each row, column, and 2x2 box. Each doubler contains a different digit. The value of a doubler cell is equal to double the cell's digit.
Values along a slow thermometer can increase or stay the same from bulb to tip.

It's almost 3am here, so it seemed a good idea to solve this. Thanks, cute puzzle, helped to distract me. Of course it's very easy, but it's a snack, makes sense. Interesting idea, that slow thermometer.
