Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
Gray lines are palindromes, which contain the same sequence of digits in either direction.

Very hard (and nice) puzzle.
I did find the break-in, but just couldn't solve it. And i couldn't leave it half solved. So took a break, came back a day later and noticed i missed something obvious and solved it 10 minutes later.
