Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
DYNAMIC FOG : The grid is covered in fog. Entering correct digits may clear fog somewhere in the grid.
KROPKI DOTS : Two digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (i.e. one is double the other).
ARROWS : A digit on an arrow shows the number of circles in the indicated direction, which can be north, east, south or west.
CIRCLES : A digit on a circle indicates how many times that digit appears on arrows or circles (E.g. : a 3 could appear on one circle and two arrows).
A cell cannot contain several arrows, circles, or a combination of both.

What a marvelous puzzle. Some very clever turns along the solve path that will teach the most weathered puzzler some humility. Very well done!

Trying to solve every puzzle called Target Practice. Is this going to be a never ending task? :)
Counting circles a fog a really tricky combination so impressive this is solvable but not trivial.
