SCIENTIST'S REGION SUM GUY
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Region Sum Lines: Boxes borders split the lines into segments. All segments of the same color must have the same sum. (There is a light blue line and a dark blue line — each color has its own sum.)
- Black Dots: Digits connected by a black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio (e.g., one digit is double the other). All black dots are given.
- V Symbols: Digits connected by a ‘V’ must sum to 5
- Odd Circles: Digits inside grey circles must be odd
