Takes Two to Tango (w/ Fenners)

Fenners and I cooked this up for Scojo's Prompt of doublers. Big thanks to the testers over on the CtC Discord! We had a lot of fun setting this, so we hope you have fun too. :)

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Doublers: There are nine doubler cells in the grid, one in each row, column and 3x3 box. A doubler cell cannot be a chess knight's move away from another doubler cell. Each digit must appear on a doubler cell. The value of a doubler cell is twice the digit in that cell.

Between lines: The values of digits on a between line must be strictly between the values of digits in the bulbs.

Renban: Values of digits on a magenta line must form a non-repeating consecutive set, in any order.
