Normal sudoku rules apply: Place digits 1-9 once each in every row, column and box.
The sum of all digits in any cage is either 3, 9, 33, or 39; two of the sums are given on the top-left of the cage. Digits cannot repeat in a cage.
Thermometer: Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase as they move away from the bulb.
