[TSL][S1T3] Cede (Akari/Dominion Permaculture)

This puzzle was created for season 1, round 3 of The Skunkworks League run by damasosos92. The prompt was to create a permaculture using two genres within a pre-specified list, a grid size of 37 to 82 cells, and a hole in the exact shape and orientation as the one labeled in this puzzle. I chose a combination of Akari and Dominion for my puzzle, and I was pleased with some of the interactions I found while setting.

Rules:
- Permaculture: Divide the grid into two regions of orthogonally connected cells. One region is an Akari and the other is a Dominion.
- Akari region:
- Shade all cells with numbers and place lights into some empty cells so that every empty cell is illuminated.
- Lights illuminate the cell they’re in as well as all cells seen in a straight line horizontally or vertically. Lights may not illuminate each other. Shaded cells, grid edges, and region borders obstruct light (ie, lights do not "see" through them).
- Numbered clues represent the number of lights in the (up to) four cells orthogonally adjacent to the clue. Clues can’t be lights, and no empty cell may be shaded.
- Dominion region:
- Shade some dominoes of cells to divide the region into unshaded areas.
- Shaded dominoes must be entirely within the Dominion region, and no more than two shaded cells can be orthogonally connected (including across region borders). Cells with numbers cannot be shaded.
- Each orthogonally connected area of unshaded cells contains all instances of one of the numbers from 0 to 4 within the Dominion region (ignoring instances of that digit within the Akari region), and no other numbers. Unshaded cells in the Dominion region are not considered connected to unshaded cells in the Akari region and do not need to be separated by shaded cells.
