Parity Pillars by Fire Truck Fuel
Normal 8 by 8 Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 8 once each in every row, column and 2 by 4 box without repeats.
Parity Pillars: In each column, no two adjacent cells can be both odd or both even. (There is no parity restraint for adjacent cells within a row.)
The gray line is an eight ("8") line. It must be divided into non-overlapping segments, each of which sums to 8.
Nabner Lines: Each gold line contains a set of digits that do not repeat and no digit on a line may be consecutive with any other.
Segment Sum Lines: Light blue lines are divided into two segments by Kropki dots. The color of the dot indicates the relationship between the two sums. White dot lines have segments with consecutive sums. Ex. Row 8, Columns 1, 2 and 3 have a sum that is one different from Row 8, Column 4. Black dot lines have segments that are in a 1:2 relationship. Ex. The sum of Row 7, Columns 5 and 6 is either half or double the sum of Row 7 Columns 7 and 8.
