Fillmat Statues

This puzzle is my first round entry for the pencil puzzle hybrid competition held on the Skunkworks Discord server.

Rules:
Fillmat: Divide the grid into regions, each a one-wide straight line of 1-4 orthogonally adjacent cells. Each region may contain at most one number clue (it may contain any number of circle clues). A number clue represents the number of cells in the region it belongs to. Two regions of the same size may not share an edge. Region borders may not form any four-way intersections.

Statue Park: Place each shape from the bank given outside the grid into the grid so that no two shapes share an edge and all unused cells form one orthogonally connected area. Rotating and reflecting shapes is allowed. Cells with black circles must be used by a shape, and cells with white circles must not be used by a shape.

Hybrid: Statue Park shapes are represented by shaded cells. Every Fillmat region is either entirely shaded or entirely unshaded.

I had to restart after breaking the puzzle and not being able to find my mistake, but the 2nd time felt very smooth because I knew the tricks already. Super nice, thanks!
