It's just like sandwich Sudoku, except the crusts are any two digits. The crusts have a sum and the filling has a sum.
And yes, crust can be filling and filling can be crust. :)
Numbers outside the grid are crust/sandwich clues:
-The first number in a clue gives the sum of two digits (the "crusts") in its respective row or column.
-The second number in a clue gives the sum of the digits sandwiched between the two crusts (the "filling") in its row or column.
-Cells may act simultaneously as crust and/or filling for different clues.
Digits in cages sum to the given total.
