Arrows: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Thermometers: Digits along a thermometer strictly increase from the bulb end.

Fortunately, I was able to spot the break-in pretty quickly. I absolutely loved this puzzle. Very creative setting and a smooth solve path. bravo.
