German Indeuxers
I do not know how to pronounce this title. This was the 2nd attempt at building a puzzle called "German Indexers". The first attempt broke because a bypass was realized through testing. So I took the French word for two, and combined it with indexers.
Rules:
1. Standard Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits one through nine once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
2. Cells separated by an "X" sum to ten.
3. Cells separated by a white dot contain consecutive digits.
4. Digits in dashed cages sum to the value in the top left corner. Digits do not repeat in dashed cages.
5. Digits on an arrow sum to the attached bulb.
6. Whispering Turtle Lines: Adjacent digits along a green line have a minimum difference of five. A green line references one other green line of the same length. Position X of both green lines sum to ten. Position one of a green line starts at the attached green circle and the position increases along the line. Ex: line "A", starting from position 1 has a sequence of 6, 1, 8, 2. Meaning line "B", starting from position 1 has a sequence of 4, 9, 2, 8.

Some very interesting interactions. Pairing up the lines was both tricky and powerful.

There is an error in the rules. There are more than two green lines, so 'both green lines' doesn't make any sense.
@walgen thank you for bringing it to my attention. The rules have been updated.
