Balanced Sandsquish (Balanced Sandwich/Arrow Squishdoku)

- (Balanced) Squishdoku: Place the numbers -4 to 4 once each in every marked 3x3 box (cells on dotted lines are shared between multiple boxes) such that numbers do not repeat in a row or column.
- Sandwich: Clues outside the grid show the sums of the numbers sandwiched between the highest and the lowest number in the indicated row or column.
- Arrow: Numbers along an arrow must sum to the number in the circle.
SudokuPad (for answer check, enter the absolute value of each digit)
Penpa (no answer check, but has more flexible notation tools)
Solution code: Row 5, with a "-" to notate negative digits (e.g. -1210-443)

Added a link to a Penpa version, which has better notation options. The puzzle itself is unchanged.
