Less Than Three

I had a cute idea for a puzzle, so I knew I just had to share. I hope you enjoy it!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cells separated by a white heart have a difference of <3.
Cells separated by a black heart have a ratio of <3. (The larger number divided by the smaller number yields a number of less than 3)

Lovely puzzle, but for some reason scanning on this puzzle really messed with my head

Regrettably, LMD doesn't seem to like the less than symbol in the puzzle description, so I had to change the <3 in the heart descriptions to "less than 3".
Edit: nevermind, a friend showed me how to make it work. Thanks timotab!
