Quadruples: Every digit in a circle has to be assigned to one of the surrounding cells.

Digits may not repeat in any 3x3 area centered on a 8 (Or smaller than 3x3 if on an edge / corner).

Wow what a fun idea! This ruleset needs a name. Maybe "Neat/tidy 8s" but it works for all numbers.
