Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cells a chess knight’s move apart cannot contain the same digit.
Digits separated by a black kropki dot are in a 2:1 ratio.
Hammer = 5. What do you mean that doesn’t work? Oh, okay, fiiiine, they can have some wiggle room, let’s say plus or minus one.
The hammer and spanner is, of course, ALSO allowed to be 3, since it’s in the corner
The fog will lift as correct digits are entered. No guessing is required. Once more for the people in the back: NO GUESSING IS REQUIRED.
Context:
…and I took that personally
A huge thank you to ryokousha. For what, you ask? Oh! Nothing! Nothing at all! Don’t you just randomly feel the need to thank people sometimes?

Why am I rating foggy puzzles as very nice all of a sudden? Must be that Wicked Witch, I'm almost certain. As if one could switch their tastes to enjoy mosquito bites, smell of rotten eggs, books by Immanuel Kant, cold feet at night or foggy sudokus, without the intervention of a black magic spell or some sort of voodoo witchcraft directed against you.

Reply by Lorena: Come oooon…. this barely counts as fog at all! (Thanks for the rating and the hilarious comment!)
