This puzzle, along with its partner “Muscle Memory II” (and a few others) is part of my ongoing April Fool’s series. Enjoy!
Rules:
Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 in the grid so that no digit repeats in any row, column or marked 3x3 box.
Killer cages: Digits cannot repeat inside a cage and must add up to the value indicated in the top left corner of the cage.
German whisper lines: Adjacent digits in a green German whisper line must differ by at least 5.
Odd/even digits: Cells marked with grey circles contain even digits. Cells marked with grey squares contain odd digits.
Renban lines: Digits in a blue renban line must form a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
Palindromes: Digits in a purple palindrome line must read the same from either end.
Region sum lines: digits in a grey region sum line have the same sum in each 3x3 box that the line passes through. The sum may be different in different lines.
Thermometers: Digits in a thermometer add up to the digit on the bulb.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow must strictly increase from the circle to the tip.
XVs and dots: Digits separated by a V are in a 2:1 ratio. Digits separated by an X are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot add up to 10. Digits separated by a white dot add up to 5.

You need two brains for solving this, which is why I did it together with my girlfriend

This was much more challenging than posted, even with the upgrade at 3 stars. The endless scanning for potential interactions made it feel much more like classic sudoku than variant sudoku, and the fun of the April's Fool theme with unexpected constrain markers wears out after a while. Sorry for the critic, but that's how I feel after this.

Reply by Lorena: Please never apologize for giving constructive feedback! It is very much appreciated! I’m still learning and comments like these really help. Thank you!

Changed difficulty based on the feedback of some very lovely (and patient) people. Thank you!

It's neat that these two puzzles exist, but you have seriously underestimated the difficulty on them.

Reply by Lorena: I’m always happy to listen to feedback, and you’re the second person who said this, so I’m bumping them up a star. Thank you!

I admit, solving this puzzle hurt me to some extent. Let me thank you for setting and sharing nonetheless, Lorena!

Reply by Lorena: You’re too kind to me. We’ll see if you’re still thanking me by the end of the series!

Hi Lorena, this was insanely beautiful! It was amazing how our brains get used to certain colours and symbols and how difficult it is to ignore that knowledge.
"The tester didn’t have any trouble solving it (and it even was their first sudoku ever!) so I don’t know what you’re going on about…"
That makes sense now, haha!

Reply by Lorena: Thank you for your lovely words and for getting my weird humour.

You're going to be the death of my last shred of sanity, but I like it.

Please disregard the blue border in r1c8 in the image, it was accidental and not part of the puzzle.
