Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Cells separated by a knight's move in chess cannot contain the same digit.
- Digits along each thermometer must increase starting from the bulb end.
- Cells connected by a V must sum to 5. Digits connected by a white dot are consecutive. Not all Vs and dots are given.
