Index-istential Crisis (with ChinStrap)

- Deconstruction: Platziere im Gitter 9 nicht-überlappende 3x3-Boxen. Trage in jede Zelle dieser Boxen eine Ziffer von 1-9 ein, so dass sich innerhalb von Reihen, Spalten und Boxen keine Ziffern wiederholen.
- Non-region-Werte: Non-Region-Zellen (d.h. Zellen, die zu keiner 3x3 Box gehören) haben einen Wert, der mit ihrer Reihen- oder Spalten-Nummer übereinstimmt. Zum Zweck des Solution Checks sind in Non-Region-Zellen auf Index-Linien mit Wert 9 oder kleiner einzutragen und alle anderen No-Region-Zellen freizulassen. Ist r4c8 zum Beispiel nicht in einer Region, kann diese Zelle einen Wert von 4 oder 8 haben.
- Index-Linien: Auf einer Index-Linie gibt der Wert in der N-ten Zelle auf der Linie (beginnend bei dem Diamanten) die Position auf der Linie an, in welcher der Wert N vorkommt. Zum Beispiel ist 3214 eine gültige Index-Linie mit 3 im Diamanten. Der erste Wert, 3, zeigt an, dass die dritte Zelle eine 1 enthält, die 2. Zelle enthält eine 2 und so weiter.
Hier kann das Rätsel online gelöst werden:
Lösungscode: Spalte 3 von oben nach unten (bis zu 11 Ziffern)

My first 5 star solve. Very well made puzzle! I found the middle of the solve to be the most difficult part but once you look in the right places it becomes straightforward throughout.

That was very hard! I'm still not sure what the intended path in mid-solve is because I had some quite complicated deductions. Very interesting logic with this ruleset though. Thanks!

To my understanding, our intended deductions are not terribly complicated but often need a good bit of scanning and asking the right questions.

After resolving ChinStrap's Shadow Self, here is my tip for people attacking those puzzles : sacrifice your corner marking to put all friendly values in all cells, ie put 1 in all cells of row 1 and column 1 and so on. When a cell is surely in a box, erase those corner marking.If a friendly value make no logical sense, erase it. When a box is fully determined, you can then use the corner marking as usual.
After all, corner marking in the usual way is of no great value in the early stages of a deconstruction puzzle.
