Rules
Partial Deconstruction:
Within each of the four 5x5 grids, place one 3x3 region that will contain the digits from 1-9 once each. 3x3 regions must not cross the 5x5 grid borders.
Digits may not repeat in any row or column. Cells outside regions do not contain digits.
Region Disjoint:
Cells in the same position, relative to their 3x3 region, may not contain the same digit.
X-Sums: (circles)
A digit outside the grid in a circle is an X-Sum clue. The first cell within a 3x3 region that is seen by the clue gives the number of cells in that row/column (and in a 3x3 region) that sum to the given clue. (skip over non-region cells)
Skyscrapers: (squares)
A digit outside the grid in a square is a Skyscraper clue. A Skyscraper clue indicates the number of digits "seen" from that direction where larger digits block smaller ones from being seen. Skyscrapers clues do not see cells that are not in regions.

Cool idea, and really well-constructed
MSDOS: Thanks James! I got the idea after thinking about the pairdoku disjoint prompt, even though this is not really a pairdoku or even really a quad-doku. Sometimes initial ideas take you somewhere very interesting.
