I thought this was an interesting ruleset so I created my first arrow puzzle with it! Good luck!
.............................................
Puzzle: Are you bigger than me?
Rules:
Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply.
Kropki dots: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are given.
Arrows: The digit X in an arrow cell must see EXACTLY X adjacent cells that are strictly larger than X, in the direction of the arrow. A digit X in an arrow cell cannot see past a digit strictly smaller than X in the direction of the arrow. Digits can repeat on diagonal arrows if allowed by other rules. The digit X is never allowed to see itself.
E.g. An arrow pointing right in R1C1.
Row 1 examples:
Acceptable: 4 - 6-5-8-7 - 2 - 9-1-3
Unacceptable: 3 - 6-2-7 - 1 - 4-5-8-9 (Only sees 1 larger digit, should see 3)
Unacceptable: 2 - 6-5-7-8-9 - 1 - 4-3 (Sees 5 larger digits, should see 2)
Lösungscode: Row 2:

Been more concise with one line that was causing ambiguity in the rules

Fun rule! *Fixed* The solution code isn't working, unfortunately: SudokuPad gives me a little congrats screen, but copying Row 2 from left to right doesn't give me credit here.
