Renban Line: Magenta lines contain a set of non-repeating consecutive values in any order.
Region Sum Line: Blue lines are divided by the 3x3 box borders into sums of equal value.
Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot have values in a ratio of 1:2.
NOTES

great puzzle found this rather difficult, had to trial and error a fair bit but got there in the end

Whats up with white kropki? I thought it was negative constraint but thats not true for this puzzle.

Very nice! Some hard steps in a smooth puzzle. One rhetorical question: why is there a white kropki rule when there is no white dot nor a negative constraint? Thank you

I got majorly stuck after the first 7 digits and had to branch… definitely not 3* for me personally.
