PUZZLE
RULES
Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Halver: There exist 9 Halver Cells on Region Sum Lines such that there is exactly one Halver Cell in each row, column, and 3x3 box. Digits of Halver Cells do not repeat. The value of a Halver Cell is its digit, halved. (e.g., if the digit is N, the value is N/2.) It is up to the solver to determine the position of each Halver Cell.
Region Sum Line: Blue lines are divided by the 3x3 box borders into sums of equal value.
Clones: Cells of the same color must contain the same value.
Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot have values in a ratio of 1:2.
White Kropki: Cells separated by a white dot have values with a difference of one.
NOTES
Expected Difficulty: 2.5 stars

This is interesting setup. I have solved doublers and thought this will be similar lines. But this is altogether different dimension. This deserves to be on some channel.

Very cool, had me thinking I'd broken it several times.
