It's been a while since I've set a sudoku puzzle, especially one with standard constraints. Ratings, comments, and feedback are much appreciated! Please feel free to reach out to me on Discord if you have any comments or questions. Please also feel free to try my other puzzles here.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column and box without repetition.
- Killer: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
- Sandwich: The numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in that row or column.

Easy and elegant. I prefer my dumediat puzzles weird but even in your "vanilla" efforts you remind me why I like puzzles.

I rated this 2/5 difficulty.
Great sandwich sudoku puzzle! I liked the use of the killer cages during the break-in to eliminate some important candidate values. Overall the puzzle was approachable and fun.
The break-in was a bit tricky and took me around 5 minutes to make big progress, but once I was able to place a few 1/9s the rest of the puzzle came together nicely. After the placement of most of the 1/9s the puzzle was probably 1-2/5 difficulty. However, I felt that the break-in and first placements of 1/9s was around 2-3/5 difficulty. It was a bit tricky but still approachable and a very nice puzzle.

That is the best Sandwich Sudoku that I have seen. Brilliant construction with just the right balance between challenging and intriguing. I give it 2-3 star for difficulty and 5 star for beauty. Thank you for making my day.
