For another of Scojo's prompts, this time using Half-Modifier, Region Sum Lines and Clones.
-
Normal sudoku rules apply.
-
Shade nine cells so there is exactly one shaded cell in each row, column and 3x3 region. Shaded cells cannot contain repeated digits. If D is a digit in a shaded cell the value of that shaded cell is D/2. Values of non-shaded cells are the same as the digit they contain.
-
Region borders split blue lines into connected components with the same value sum. That same sum may differ between different lines.
-
Cages of the same shape and orientation are clones: their contents are equal in values and their placement. Digits and/or values may repeat in cages.
Online in Sudokupad
Lösungscode: Values in column 2, top to bottom.

Magnificient! The combination of "halfers" and region sum lines go together really well!
