Normal sudoku rules apply.
Teleporting Yin-Yang:
Shade some cells such that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected OR orthogonally connected to a cell with a shaded teleport.
All unshaded cells must be orthogonally connected OR orthogonally connected to a cell with an unshaded teleport.
No 2x2 group of cells may be entirely shaded or unshaded.
Teleports:
The vaguely yin-yang shaped symbols are teleports. Teleports of the same orientation (dark on top vs dark on bottom) always contain the same digit and are the same shading.
Sight Circles:
A digit in a circle indicates how many cells with the SAME shading as it are 'seen', including itself, in all orthogonal directions combined. Opposite shading blocks sight.
Touching Squares:
A digit in a square indicates how many of the up to 8 surrounding cells are of the OPPOSITE shading than the square.

can sight circles see through teleports?
--
They can see past teleports of the same color, but not through them to see cells from the other teleports' POV, if that's what you mean.
