This is the second puzzle of my Secret Santa gift for RockyRoer. Hope you all enjoy!

- Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
- Row Indexing - Digits in blue indexing rows indicate where the number of the row goes in its associated column.

- XV sums - digits separated by an X sum to 10; digits separated by V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
- Slow thermometers - starting from the bulb end, digits along a thermometer line must never decrease.
- German Whispers - each digit on a green German Whisper line must differ in value from its line neighbor by at least 5.
- Palindromes - along thin gray lines, digits must read the same backwards and forwards.

Can someone give me an example how that row indexing rule work?
>>>NSM here - An example would be that if R5C2 is the digit 6, then for Column 2, the digit 5 is in Row 6.

Lovely puzzle. Would have been even easier if I had remembered sooner that there was row indexing. I read the rule and saw the blue lines and then proceeded to completely forget about it!

sweet doable puzzle. had me using the rules right up to the end. Hope that wasn't a spoiler.
>>>NSM here - I think it would only be a spoiler if you said *which* rule you had to use to finish out the puzzle - thank you for the solve!

Fantastic puzzle!
>>>NSM here - thank you for the solve! It's the first puzzle I've published with indexing, so while I knew my Santee enjoyed it, I wasn't sure what everyone else would think.
