I'm no mathematician. I kept saying to myself, "Self, what are the possible digits on a 2:3 ratio dot? Umm...9/6, 6/4, and.... ... ... is that it? OMG, it's literally RIGHT THERE, MAN!" Other than this frustrated inner monologue, it was a quick and easy solve!
