Logic Masters Deutschland e.V.

This puzzle was firstly published during a 24h setting contest by Gene on the CTC discord server. The challenge was to create a puzzle with Pairrows, a family of constraints invented by DubiousMobius.
I made small modifications and here is the final puzzle. Enjoy!

Rules :

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Cells separated by an X sum to 10. Not all Xs are necessarily given.

Sum Pairrows : If a cell with 2 arrows contains the digit N, then the 2 cells N steps away in the indicated directions will sum go N.
