My first fog of war puzzle, and I'm getting it in by the skin of my teeth for the new year! Named in honor of the party that takes place in NYC every New Year's Eve.

Rules:

- Normal sudoku rules apply, and an extra region is formed by the 9 gray squares shown.

- German Whispers - digits along a green German Whisper line differ in value from their neighbors on the line by at least 5.

- Dutch Whispers - digits along an orange Dutch Whisper line differ in value from their neighbors on the line by at least 4.

- Kropki dots - digits separated by a white Kropki dot differ in value by 1; digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a value ratio of 1:2. No negative constraint.

- XV sums - digits separated by an X sum to 10; digits separated by a V sum to 5. No negative constraint.

- Fog of War - correct solving of the puzzle will begin to clear the fog around the initial section. No guessing required.
