Lie?
Hello! This is my second puzzle and this time I want to introduce you to my innovation - Red Russian Drunken Line!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 through 9 in each row, column, and box.
Exactly two of the rules described below are true, all the rest are false. It must be determined which of them are true and which are false. If the rule is false, then it has the opposite effect (for example, if it turns out that the rule about the thermometer is false, then all the numbers on the thermometer DECREASE from the bulb).
Possible rules:
1. Digits along thermometers strictly INCREASE from the bulb.
2. Digits in cage DO add up to a given amount.
3. Adjacent digits along the German whisper green line must differ by MORE than 4.
4. Box borders divide the blue lines into segments with the SAME sum.
5. Digits separated by a black dot ARE in a 1:2 ratio.
6. NOT ALL black dots are necessarily given.
7. Digits joined by a white dot ARE consecutive.
8. Digits connected by V, DO add up to 5.
9. Digits connected by an X, DO add up to 10.
10. Digits along the red Russian drunken line PLAY a huge role in this puzzle.
Note:
You will quickly realize that the rule regarding the German whisper line is false. Based on my formulation, the numbers on it should be with a difference of less than 4, which means with a maximum of 3. However, even with the correct inversion of the German whisper line rule with a difference of a maximum of 4, the puzzle is also solvable. Therefore, if you want to challenge yourself, you can solve the puzzle considering that the difference on this line should be a maximum of 4.

Cool puzzle! I wasn't sure if the opposite of MORE was meant to be interpreted as LESS (strictly less than) or NOT MORE (less than or equal to), but at least the puzzle is still solvable either way.
