This puzzle was made for Scojo's weekly prompt. The prompt was "Dutch Whispers and Look-and-Say". I hope you enjoy!
Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits on an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
Look and Say Arrows: Some lines will begin with a diamond and end with an arrow. These lines are look-and-say lines that, when read from diamond to arrow, indicate the number of times a digit appears along the indicated diagonal AFTER the arrow cell. (i.e. if a line from diamond to arrow is read 1234, there must be exactly one 2 and three 4s on the diagonal after the arrow)
