Hello! Life has been quite busy, so hopefully you'll be busy as well solving this devilish puzzle.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Disjoint Sets: Digits in the same relative position across all boxes must be different.
Global Entropy: Every 2x2 box must include at least one low digit (1, 2, 3), one middle digit (4, 5, 6), and one high digit (7, 8, 9).
Global Modulo 3: Every 2x2 box must include at least one digit from each residue mod 3 group: (1, 4, 7), (2, 5, 8), and (3, 6, 9).
Kropki Dots: Cells separated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits, while cells separated by a black dot must have digits in a 1:2 ratio. Not all Kropki dots are given.
Puzzle:
Merry Christmas and happy holiday 2025!

This puzzle and the recent 'desolate' are the same rung of "high difficulty, high tedium, minimal cluing," worthy entries nonetheless in the "miracle" style puzzle category. What i liked here was weighing the double-coloring i needed to employ (entropy v modularity) against the disjoint set constraint. My final grid looks like a nightmare but it was quite fun to resolve in the last few minutes of solve time. I quite liked this one, but i am partial to coloring puzzles. I'm very impressed this solves, so thank you for a fun experience!
NB -- please update the pass code, as SKORP17 has identified an issue (see below comment)
Resolved, thank you for your lovely comment. Originally I wanted to put a hidden magic square, but I can't really disambiguate the grid so I just use Kropki Dots instead which I find it quite beautiful. Also I wasn't quite sure if the puzzle is original enough, but thank you for solving my puzzle!
