Rules

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1 to 9 in each row, column and box.

Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide blue lines into segments containing digits adding up to the same total. Different lines may have different segment totals.

X-Sums: Cells connected by an X sum to 10.

Minimum Cells: A digit in a cell with inward facing arrows must be less than all of its orthogonal neighbors. For clarity: In this puzzle cells R1C9 and R9C1 are minimum cells.
