- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- All cages have the same sum, except one. Digits in cages may repeat if allowed by other rules.
- Spaces outside the grid are skyscraper clues: they indicate the number of digits seen in that direction, for that effect, digits block any lower digit from being seen. All these spaces, except the four corner cells, must be filled with the appropriate skyscraper digit.
- Digits joined by a V sum to 5, digits joined by an X sum to 10. Not all possible pairs are given.
- Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. Not all possible dots are given.

Nice puzzle! I think the difficulty is more like 3 stars though.
